2. Standard Plans Refund Eligibility
For all subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Power User):
- Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- No refund will be issued if you have used any of our AI prompting features during your subscription period
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Partial months or unused periods of service are not eligible for refunds
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Usage fees for AI prompting features
- Custom development or integration services
- Domain registration fees
- Add-on services or features
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your account details and reason for the refund request
- Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
